This Hole Opener was designed and fabricated to drill out spud can holes in a clay bed formation offshore.
All of the design engineering and fabrication was carried out in our Vung Tau facility as was the inspection and certification. A local machine shop constructed and hard faced the cutters.
As the Hole Opener was required urgently the project was completed in fifteen days
These Container type Acid Mixing Tanks are designed for easy transportation on container vessels.
The tanks are sub divided into two compartments in stainless steel with the associated stainless steel plumbing.
The fabrication is fully certified and is to International quality standards.
Our customer HALLIBURTON required these tanks 185bbl to be used in Thailand and BJ Services required these tanks 260bbl to be used in Vietnam.
The A-FRAME and associated Transducer Pole was ordered for surveying operations in the south China sea.
Construction was completed in fifteen days including installation of the Hydraulic system on the A-Frame
Our customer HALLIBURTON required that we fabricate new Stainless Steel tanks and Plumbing, new Skid and Frame and re-furbish the diesel drive and Hydraulics system.
On completion the unit was fully certified including load testing, MPI, Pressure testing and functional testing by HALLIBURTON personnel .
A complete Stress Analysis was also carried out.
WOODGROUP ESP contracted APDS to manufacture this CABLE SPOOLER for use in running ESP Pumps in Thailand.
APDS purchased a new one cylinder diesel and fitted out to Zone II. A new Hydraulic system was also installed
APDS have now manufactured two Filtration systems for Filtering completion brine offshore.
APDS not only manufactures but also operates and services this equipment.

The Running Slot Attachment pictured was fabricated to high quality standards in our Vung Tau facility. This Attached is used for Rig running of Protector Case.
The five Slot Oriented Template was fabricated in accordance with Aquaterra engineering drawing in fourteen days only.
The middle slot will go over an existing conductor and an outer slot has provision for a Gyro to orient the structure.
Aquaterra personnel certified and field tested this Template.
