Asia Pacific Drilling Services (APDS) first registered in Singapore April 1992 with a
primary focus to participate in the Oil and Gas industry in the newly emerging market of
Vietnam. A Vietnamese branch office was licensed in Vietnam September 1994 and the
company has operated continuously in Vietnam since that time.
The Vung Tau facilities include a fully staffed office including CAD design facilities,
fabrication/repair workshop and warehouse employing 34 personnel.
APDS has over this period of time trained Vietnamese personnel to operate various
services offshore who have in some cases replaced foreign consultants.
